- ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons Biscoff cookie butter
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar packed
- ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch kosher salt
Serving suggestions:
- Crumbled Biscoff cookies
- Cinnamon
- Chopped hazelnuts
- Fresh strawberries
- Vanilla yogurt
Place all the ingredients in a container or bowl.
Mix thoroughly to combine. Be sure to break up any clumps of chia seeds.
Cover and place in the fridge overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
After refrigerating, stir and add your favorite toppings.
Tip: You can melt the Biscoff cookie butter in the microwave for 10 seconds, to help it mix through the oats and milk easier.
Container: Use a container or bowl that holds at least 2 cups (16 ounces).
Storage: Store overnight oats in the fridge for up to 4 days in an airtight container.
