Equipment

Ingredients

  • ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar packed
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch kosher salt

Serving suggestions:

  • Crumbled Biscoff cookies
  • Cinnamon
  • Chopped hazelnuts
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Vanilla yogurt

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a container or bowl.
  • Mix thoroughly to combine. Be sure to break up any clumps of chia seeds.
  • Cover and place in the fridge overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  • After refrigerating, stir and add your favorite toppings.

Notes

Tip: You can melt the Biscoff cookie butter in the microwave for 10 seconds, to help it mix through the oats and milk easier.
Container: Use a container or bowl that holds at least 2 cups (16 ounces).
Storage: Store overnight oats in the fridge for up to 4 days in an airtight container.
