  • cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 slices toast
  • ½ - 1 avocado medium, sliced
  • 2 pinches sea salt
