- ⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons water warm
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
Yield: Makes about ½ cup of sauce.
Tips: Stiff peanut butter can be microwaved for about 15 seconds to make it easier to whisk. Add more water to make the sauce even thinner. Add one tablespoon at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
Storage: To store leftover peanut sauce, transfer it to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3-5 days. The sauce becomes thick as it cools, so gently reheat before use if needed.
