Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF (177ºC).
Whisk the dry cake mix with the soda thoroughly, getting rid of as many lumps as possible.
Divide into cupcake pan, splitting into 24 cupcake liners.
Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool before frosting.
